What this program is.
By providing your mobile phone number to Humans & Robots, LLC ("Humans & Robots," "we," "us," or "our") and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from the Humans & Robots Notifications program. These messages relate to the services you've requested or that we provide, and may include account and service notifications, appointment and follow-up reminders, lead and inquiry alerts, customer support communications, and occasional informational or promotional messages about our services. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
How often you'll hear from us.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you use. Typically you will receive messages in response to your activity or as scheduled notifications related to your account or projects.
Message & data rates
Costs.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Humans & Robots does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply according to your plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging and data plan.

Getting help.
For help at any time, text HELP to the number you receive messages from, or email ben@humansnrobots.com. You can also reach us by phone at +1 (224) 507-6358. We'll respond with support information and how to manage your messaging preferences.
Opting out
How to stop messages.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to you. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in. If you need assistance, text HELP or email ben@humansnrobots.com.
Carriers & privacy
Carriers and your data.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We respect your privacy: we will not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for the purpose of delivering these messages is used only to operate this messaging program and the services you've requested.
